These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services provided by Alta Frame Ltd., trading as FEEL THE FRAME Self-portrait Photo Studio ("we", "us", "our"), registered in England and Wales at 11B Printing House Yard, 25 Hackney Road, London, E2 7PR, United Kingdom, company registration number 14702895. By booking a session or using our website, you accept these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a photography session ("Session") through our website, you, the Customer, agree to abide by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Booking and Payments

Sessions must be fully paid in advance at the time of booking. Payments can be made via a credit card or PayPal. Prices and session details are clearly displayed on our website. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, even after payments have been processed.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours prior to the session start time. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.

If cancelled less than 24 hours before the session start or in case of no-show, no refund will be provided and payment is taken in full.

3. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and are non-refundable.

4. Studio Use and Customer Responsibilities

  • It is strictly forbidden to move or adjust studio lighting equipment and backdrops.

  • Customers are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or the studio resulting from their actions, negligence, or misuse.

  • Customers must return the studio in its original condition upon session completion.

  • Customers are responsible for their own safety, the safety of their party, including children and the safety of any personal belongings during their session. We are not liable for any injuries or lost property unless caused by our negligence.

  • The maximum group size per session is 4 persons unless explicitly arranged at booking.

  • The studio should not be used for illegal or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to terminate the session immediately if this occurs, without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property and Website Use

All intellectual property rights in our website content remain owned by us or our licensors. You may use our website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may link to our homepage fairly and legally but not in a way that suggests our endorsement. We reserve the right to revoke linking permission at any time.

Our website content is for general information only and shouldn't be relied upon without professional advice.

5. Liability

We are liable for foreseeable losses arising from our breach of these Terms or negligence. We are not responsible for losses that are unforeseeable, delays beyond our control, or losses that could have been reasonably avoided.

6. Insurance and Indemnity

Clients are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage during their hire period, including public liability insurance. We are not responsible for any damages or losses caused by the client, and the client agrees to indemnify the studio for any claims arising from the client's actions during the hire period.

7. Privacy

By booking a session customers consents to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal data is managed.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our services, you accept the amended Terms. It's your responsibility to check regularly for updates.
