Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. This can be done easily online using the link provided in your confirmation email.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund —— no questions asked. Refunds are processed automatically via our online booking system, typically within 7 working days (depending on your bank and payment provider).

• Rescheduling can be done online anytime up to 24 hours before your appointment without any penalty.

Last-minute Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your session or fail to attend (no-show), your payment will be non-refundable.
