Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. This can be done easily online using the link provided in your confirmation email.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund minus the card payment processing fees. Refunds are processed within 7 working days.

• Rescheduling is free and can be done online anytime up to 24 hours before your appointment.

• Less than 24 hours prior to the appointment the session is non-amendable and non-refundable.

• Sessions booked using a discount code are non-refundable.

• Sessions booked using a discount code can be rescheduled for up to 24 hours prior to the session start.

• Sessions booked using a discount code can not be refunded or amended in less than 24 hours prior to the session start.
